Terms of Service

// Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms of Service (ToS) aim to define the terms of access and use of the Ares Systems website and services, developed by Ares Systems (ZCorp), by users.
// Article 2 – Acceptance of the ToS
Access to the site and use of Ares services implies unreserved acceptance of these ToS by the user. By logging in, the user acknowledges having read these conditions.
// Article 3 – Site Access
The site is accessible free of charge to any user with Internet access. All costs relating to accessing the service (hardware, software, Internet connection) are the responsibility of the user. Ares Systems reserves the right to interrupt the service for maintenance without prior notice.
// Article 4 – User Account
To access the management features (Dashboard), the user must log in via their Steam account or create an Ares account. They commit to providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
// Article 5 – User Obligations
The user agrees not to use the site or Ares APIs for illicit purposes, contrary to public order, or to harm third parties. Any attempt to bypass security systems (Ares DRM, Anti-Cheat) will result in immediate and permanent account suspension.
// Article 6 – Intellectual Property
All elements of the site and provided software (texts, images, source code, logos, algorithms) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Ares Systems. Any reproduction or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
// Article 7 – Personal Data
Collected data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The user can exercise their rights of access and deletion by contacting us at: contact@aressystems.net
// Article 8 – Liability
Ares Systems cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages related to the use of the site, nor for data loss related to poor server configuration by the user.
// Article 9 – Modification of the ToS
Ares Systems reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time to adapt them to technical and legal changes. Users will be informed in the event of a major update.
// Article 10 – Applicable Law
These ToS are governed by French law. In the event of an unresolved amicable dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
